4. Booking and Payment Terms

4.1 Booking Process

• All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized agents
• Booking confirmation is subject to availability and payment receipt

4.2 Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified
• We accept major credit cards and secure online payment methods

• Payment failures may result in automatic booking cancellation

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• More than 7 days before tour: Full refund minus 5% processing fee
• 3-7 days before tour: 50% refund
• Less than 3 days before tour: No refund
• No-show: No refund

5.2 Company Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to:

• Insufficient bookings (minimum 4 participants required)
• Severe weather conditions or safety concerns
• Castle closure or unforeseen circumstances
• Force majeure events

In case of company cancellation, customers will receive a full refund or alternative tour date.

6. Tour Participation Requirements

6.1 Age Requirements

• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
• Some tours may have specific age restrictions for safety reasons
• Child pricing applies to ages 5-15; under 5s are free

6.2 Physical Requirements

• Tours involve walking on uneven surfaces and climbing stairs
• Participants must be able to walk for up to 2 hours with breaks

• Medical conditions that may affect participation must be disclosed

7. Liability and Insurance

Our liability is limited to the price paid for the tour, except in cases of:
